I was making Pizza Dough the other day and after it was ready to use I also took some of it and use to make Chocolate Chip Cinnamon Rolls its pretty simple so take the dough from the leftover Pizza Dough that was made and get ready for some yummy breakfast!
Powdered Sugar -1 /2 cup
Water – few drops
Butter – 1tbsp
On a lightly floured surface roll out the dough that you have from making the Pizza Dough three days ago, make sure to not roll it too thin, then sprinkle sugar, cinnamon, and chocolate chips onto the dough. Then roll the dough into a log and cut into pieces and place in a lightly greased baking dish. Let the dough rise again for at least 30 mins to a hour, I found that a hour worked best for my dough. In a pre heated 350˚ oven bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Once the Cinnamon Rolls are cooled mix the butter and powdered sugar and add a few drops of water till you have your sweet buttery icing to spread over the warm rolls.
I didn’t get to take a photo of the end results because they were eaten so fast!
